The platform bridged gaps, created opportunities, and highlighted tech’s role in reshaping business competitiveness. It reflects an era where science fiction becomes reality.

Participating in Power & Water Nigeria was rewarding, offering engagement with industry leaders and stakeholders. The event showcased innovative grid technologies and emerging energy trends. Networking opportunities fostered meaningful connections and collaborations. It’s a vital platform for advancing energy solutions in the region.

Power & Water Nigeria offered a platform to connect with leaders and explore innovations. I discussed IoT’s impact on efficiency, safety, and data management in the Oil & Gas Industry. The event emphasized sustainability and technological advancements. It remains a benchmark for driving innovation and addressing industry challenges.

Data center infrastructure has become vital, with Nigeria hosting 11 colocation data centers and Africa having 91 overall. IOT West Africa 2023 focused on challenges and growth opportunities, covering topics like advancing data centers, critical infrastructure, future-proofing, workforce development, and green technologies, engaging policymakers and industry leaders.

The Global Data Centre & Cloud Expo 2025 was a great experience, fantastic networking, strong engagement, and a real sense of how Canada’s community is driving growth in data centres, cloud, and AI. Cologix’s very own Frank Cirinna as moderator was the cherry on top. Frank brought great energy and insight to the “The Future of Hyperscale” Fireside Chat that I participated in. Can’t wait for the next event! 

Global Data Centre & Cloud Expo 2025 provided unique insights into Canada’s present and more important, future, within the global AI driven development that is now occurring. The nation’s existing strengths in sustainability and governance has the potential to be leveraged to make Canada one of the few key countries in the world as an AI hub and development center that can attract the world’s best talent. I had a large number of great interactions with the event’s attendees and look forward to GDCC’s continued contributions to this critical segment of the global Digital Economy.
