Introduction

Vertex Next is committed to respecting human rights in all our business operations. This policy outlines our core principles and approach to upholding human rights within our company, supply chain, and the communities we operate in.

Scope

This policy applies to all employees, directors, officers, contractors, and temporary workers of Vertex Next. It also extends to our business partners and suppliers.

Our Commitment to Human Rights

Vertex Next is guided by the following principles:

  • Respect for Human Dignity: We treat all individuals with respect and dignity, regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic under UAE law.
  • Non-discrimination: We are committed to providing equal opportunities in recruitment, employment, training, and promotion. We will not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind.
  • Fair Labor Practices: We uphold fair labor practices throughout our operations. This includes compliance with all UAE labor laws, including minimum wage, working hours, overtime pay, and leave entitlements. We prohibit child labor and forced labor of any kind.

  • Supply Chain Management: We will encourage our suppliers to adopt responsible business practices that respect human rights.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: We will regularly monitor our compliance with this policy and report on our progress publicly.

Remediation

Vertex Next is committed to taking all reasonable steps to prevent human rights violations within our company and supply chain.  If a violation is identified, we will take appropriate corrective action, which may include disciplinary measures, termination of contracts, or ending business relationships.
